Our Sunday Brunch buffet comes with everything a brunch aficionado desires – oysters, omelets, desserts, free-flowing mimosas, and more! Executive Chef Joji Inoue steps up the brunch game with fried chicken doughnut holes and waffles, served with wasabi maple syrup. He is also known to introduce a Japanese fish market program to the restaurant and refashion the traditional sushi bar into a Kaisen raw bar, where we offer an selection of fresh seafood and AYCE sushi at brunch.
